Recently, the two-month Lean Lecture course training of Haiyan Kangyuan Medical Intrument Co., Ltd. was successfully completed. This training was launched in early April and successfully concluded at the end of May. It covered multiple production workshops including the tracheal intubation workshop, suction tube workshop, silicone urinary catheter workshop, and gastric tube laryngeal mask workshop, as well as relevant departments such as the technology department and quality control department, injecting strong impetus into the optimization and improvement of all links of Kangyuan Medical.
This training course is rich in content and highly targeted, covering multiple aspects such as IE courses, quality management courses, and practical problem-solving courses.

In the IE course, the head of the Enterprise Management Department conducted an in-depth analysis of the eight major wastes and eight improvement methods. The eight major wastes are like "invisible killers" in the production process of enterprises, including the waste of defective products and reworked items, the waste of movements, and the waste of inventory, etc. Each of them may have a serious impact on the production efficiency and cost control of enterprises. The eight improvement approaches provide scientific and effective methods for solving these problems, such as PQ analysis, product engineering analysis, layout/process analysis, etc. Through the study of these methods, employees can more accurately identify problems in the production process and formulate practical improvement measures.
The quality management course focuses on the seven QC techniques, with a particular emphasis on the Plato method and the characteristic causation diagram method (fishbone diagram). The Plato method can help employees quickly identify the key factors affecting product quality, while the characteristic factor diagram method is conducive to in-depth analysis of the root cause of the problem, providing strong support for formulating targeted solutions.
To solve practical problems emphasized the training staff ability of solving practical problems, through the study of the eight steps, including specific problems, grasp the current situation, goal setting, etc., make employees master the problem solving method of the system. During the training process, the employees of Kangyuan not only engaged in theoretical learning but also applied the knowledge they had learned to practice through exercises, group discussions, and examples and analyses of actual problems in the workshop, truly achieving the goal of applying what they have learned.

The employees of Kangyuan who participated in the training all expressed that they benefited a lot from this training. The end of the training is not the end but a new beginning. Next, Kangyuan Medical will actively promote the application of improvement achievements in work practice and incorporate improvement into regular management. Kangyuan Medical encourages every employee to actively participate in continuous improvement, forming a culture of continuous improvement involving all staff, and allowing the concept of lean management to be deeply rooted in every work link.
We believe that under the impetus of lean management, Kangyuan Medical will achieve greater breakthroughs in production efficiency, product quality and other aspects, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.
