中文In order to further enhance the fire safety awareness of all staff, strengthen the emergency response capabilities for unexpected incidents, and effectively ensure the safety of employees' lives and the production safety of the enterprise, recently, Haiyan Kangyuan Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. organized and carried out the annual fire emergency drill activity. This drill was themed "Prevention First, Life above All", simulating a sudden fire scene in the production workshop. The drill covered the entire production process area of medical consumables, including the silicone foley catheter workshop, endotracheal tube workshop, suction tube workshop, stomach tube laryngeal mask airway workshop, and warehouse. A total of over 300 people from the company's employees and administrative departments participated.
At 4 p.m., the drill officially kicked off with the sound of the fire alarm. The simulation scenario is set in a production workshop where a fire breaks out due to a short circuit in equipment, and thick smoke spreads rapidly. After discovering the "dangerous situation", the workshop supervisor immediately activated the emergency response plan and issued evacuation instructions through the broadcasting system. Under the guidance of their team leaders, the employees of each team quickly evacuated to the safety assembly point in the factory area along the pre-determined escape routes, covering their mouths and noses and bending over in a low posture. The entire evacuation process was tense yet orderly.
The drill specially set up practical subjects such as "Initial Fire Suppression" and "Operation of Fire-fighting Equipment". The emergency rescue team composed of key personnel from various departments used fire extinguishers and fire hydrants to put out the simulated fire source. Meanwhile, the safety administrator on-site explained the key points of fire prevention in the medical consumables production workshop, emphasizing the fire inspection norms for high-risk areas such as the silicone material storage area and the ethylene oxide sterilization workshop, and demonstrated the correct usage methods of equipment such as smoke masks and fire blankets. As a medical device manufacturing enterprise, colorful days medical treatment should not only strictly control product quality, to build a more safety in production line.
