Recently, the results of the 2026 first-quarter 5S Outstanding Compliance Workshop selection by Haiyan Kangyuan Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. were officially announced. Following a rigorous joint evaluation by the Production Department, Technology Department, Quality Management Department, and Enterprise Management Department, the team led by Liu Xiaoyan in the Packaging Workshop stood out for its standardized on-site management, clean and orderly working environment, and efficient team execution, earning the title of “5S Outstanding Compliance Workshop” for the quarter. 

Mr.Wang, General Manager of Kangyuan Medical, congratulated all employees in the packaging workshop and fully affirmed the company’s 5S and standardized management practices during the first quarter. He further emphasized his expectations and requirements for future management: “We must deeply integrate 5S, system standards, and continuous improvement to support and safeguard Kangyuan’s sustainable development. This requires all management personnel to demonstrate greater initiative—avoiding passive roles while embracing ownership, proactively assuming responsibilities, and identifying and resolving issues. We hope all departments will seize this opportunity to establish a healthy internal competition mechanism and jointly foster a positive, rigorous, and meticulous work environment.” 

Since the implementation of 5S and lean management, Kangyuan Medical has achieved a comprehensive improvement in its overall 5S management level. This year, all production areas successfully passed the 5S compliance assessment, achieving a 100% compliance rate, with seven workshops receiving the “Excellent” rating in rigorous evaluations. This achievement marks a shift in Kangyuan Medical’s workshop management from isolated breakthroughs to comprehensive standardization and stability, thereby solidifying the foundation for continuous product quality assurance. 

After receiving the award, Liu Xiaoyan stated: “This recognition stems from the unwavering commitment of every colleague to organizing, tidying, cleaning, and maintaining professional standards. We will cultivate the habit of adhering to established criteria and following protocols in all tasks. 5S has a starting point but no endpoint. We will continue our efforts to make cleanliness and efficiency the norm in our workshop, contributing further to the development of Kangyuan Medical!” 

Currently, Kangyuan Medical has fully implemented its standardized 5S management system for the second quarter.
