“KANGYUAN” Endotracheal Tube for single use is made of non-toxic medical-grade PVC by advanced technology. The product has smooth transparent surface, slight stimulation, large apocenosis volume, reliable balloon, convenient to use safely, multiple of types and specification for choice.

This product can be clinically used to artificial respiration, it used for inserting from mouth to trachea.

This product includes four kinds of specification: Endotracheal Tube without cuff, Endotracheal Tube with cuff, reinforced Endotracheal Tube without cuff and reinforced Endotracheal Tube with cuff. Detailed structural shape and specification as the following list:

1. During the intubation surgical operation, the product specification should be checked first.
2. Unpack the product from aseptic package, insert a 10ml injection syringe into the gas valve, and push the valve plug. (From the instruction of the balloon we can see that the valve plug was pushed out for more than 1mm). Then check if the balloon is working well by pumping the injector. Then pull out the injector and cover the valve plug.
3. Straighten the instruction balloon to make it smooth when the pumping is difficult to operate.
4. When the tube is inserted into the tracheal, right amount of physiological saline should be dripped into the tube regularly. Prevent the foreign substance stick to the tube. Maintain the tube free-flowing so that the patients can breathe smoothly.
5. During the using process, the instruction balloon should be checked regularly to make sure if the inflation is normal.
6. Extraction: before taking out the tube, using a syringe without needle push into valve to extract all the air in the balloon, after the balloon is wizened, then the tube can be taken out.

No contraindication has been found at present.

1. This product is operated by clinic and nurse in accordance with the conventional operation regulations.
2. Check up the detailed list, If a piece (packaging) is as followed, do no use:
a) Expiration date of sterilization is invalid.
b) A piece packaging is damaged or with foreign substance.
c) The balloon or automatic valve is broken or spilled.
3. This product had been sterilized by ethylene oxide gas; the valid expiration time is 3 years.
4. This product is inserted from mouth or nasal, only for single use, so discard after single use.
5. This product is made of PVC which contains DEHP. Clinical staff should be aware of potential harmfulness to pre-adolescent male, newborns, pregnant or lactating women, use alternatives if possible.

Store in a cool, dark and dry place, the temperature should not higher than 40℃, without corrosive gas and good ventilation.
