To further enhance team cohesion and foster a positive organizational atmosphere, Haiyan Kangyuan Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. organized a spring leisure team building event for its mid-to-senior level managers and frontline representatives on May 31. Themed “United in Heart, Shaping the Future Together,” the event took place at Nanshan Horse Club in Nanbei Lake, Haiyan. Participants enjoyed a relaxing weekend amidst nature, taking leisurely walks and having casual conversations.

At 9:30 a.m., attendees arrived at Nanshan Horse Club. After checking in, the team took a group photo against the beautiful backdrop of Nanbei Lake. During the free time, colleagues strolled by the lake, chatted about work and life, and enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere that brought them closer together.

Later, the team worked together to cook over an open fire and prepare a barbecue. Amidst the rising smoke, Kangyuan team members showed great collaboration. It is worth mentioning that Mr. Yu Pengzhong, Chairman of Kangyuan Medical, personally cooked delicious crayfish for everyone, earning enthusiastic praise. At noon, everyone sat down together to share a rustic, joyful lunch filled with laughter.

After lunch, the group gathered for a garden afternoon tea session. Over tea by a charcoal stove, mid-to-senior level managers and frontline representatives engaged in open and in-depth discussions on company development and team collaboration. Different perspectives were shared, ideas were exchanged, and a stronger consensus on the company’s future direction was reached.

This team building event was both a break from workplace routines and a meaningful exercise in cross-level connection. From the warmth of the Chairman personally cooking crayfish, to the candid conversations over tea, to the shared experiences in outdoor activities — every moment quietly reflected the true meaning of “United in Heart.” As managers and frontline representatives sat together in the forest, chatting and laughing, and as everyday hierarchies turned into cheers on the go-kart track, a closer and more trusting organizational bond quietly grew.

Though short in duration, the team building event left a lasting impression. The rapport and goodwill built among the natural landscape will translate into smoother collaboration and deeper understanding in daily work. Everyone expressed that they will take this event as a new starting point, bringing the trust and warmth gained back to their roles, working together to write the next solid and dynamic chapter for Kangyuan Medical.
